My catering experience comes from my parents.  My mother and my father my Uncle Felix Garcia, it was through them that I learn my work ethic, honestly, respect, dignity, and most of  my knowledge and experience in preparing meals. 

I have to give recognition to my mentor and good friend Chef Patrick Coyle, the Culinary Instructor and Family & Consumer Education Department chair/Chef at Bakersfield College with over 35 years experience has always given me great advise and is my toughest critic when it comes to creating my menus. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Also I want to recognize my staff who without them Hacienda Guerrero Catering would not have been possible.
